All measurements are taken while lying on a flat surface with a measuring tape, to be used as approximates by the buyer. It is recommended to take an item of clothing that you already own, one that fits, and measure that to use as a reference. We will not accept returns if the buyer claims to measure something differently upon receival of an item. There is only so much that we can do with lighting and capturing the actual shade of an item, and we will not do returns for disappointment a buyer may have with the shade, or anything to do with color. We recommend that the buyer dry-clean all won items, for self-assurance sake. We will do our best to always send a clean item, but smell and cleanliness are often up to personal preference. Please keep in mind that a pre-owned item will not look, smell, or feel (etc.) like a new item. This is why we recommend that all items be dry-cleaned.
